We are looking for bright, passionate minds with an interest in a career in consulting to join Beyond Advisors as a Junior Consultant. You will be working with great people with both significant industry and consulting experience on exciting projects across industries such as manufacturing, financial services and more – with many opportunities to develop and grow.

We expect that you are on the 5th semester of your bachelor or onwards, have good problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills and a systematic approach – and the rest we will shape together. We want people that can challenge us, but also want to learn from experienced consultants.

You will be responsible for carrying out work and analyses that form an important basis for decisions for us and our clients. Therefore, we expect that you have a bright mind and an ability to understand and solve complex problems, placing them into strategic and process-related perspective to communicate them effectively and understandably.
The workload is around 1-2 days a week, however, we understand that you must attend and prioritize studies. We believe that working with Beyond should be flexible and are therefore open to setting up the working hours to your needs.
